At Rivington Shoreditch, we cherish food that’s foraged, farmed and fished in the British Isles – and we cherish our suppliers. They are our local legends
Simon Wadham works with produce principally sourced from the British Isles, creating distinctively British dishes for his seasonal A La Carte and bar snack menus. His enthusiasm for sourcing the best ingredients in the country has inspired him and photographer Jason Joyce to take a number of road trips from Land’s End to John O’Groats and to the islands beyond to meet his prized suppliers.
We’ll also be putting together a monthly special of a food and cocktail pairing, focused on a specific ingredient in season that month.
Daphne spends her time supervising the running of two family farms in Wales and rubbing shoulders with some of the UK’s top chefs supplying them with Daphne’s Original Welsh Lamb. The success of Daphne’s Welsh Lamb is not just a testament to the tenacious and passionate spirit of Daphne, it is a result of a team effort, community enterprise and hard work on the family farms of North Wales where the product is produced.Simon Wadham - Head Chef of Rivington
